2017年5月30日，歐盟知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局在其官方網(wǎng)站上發(fā)布了2016年度商標(biāo)和外觀設(shè)計判例法概覽。該判例法概覽總結(jié)了2016年歐盟普通法院（General Court）和歐洲法院（European Court of Justice）的商標(biāo)和外觀設(shè)計判例法，其中收錄了相關(guān)判決的要旨、初步裁決（preliminary rulings）和重要的法院命令。

本歐盟商標(biāo)和外觀設(shè)計概覽總共包括八個章節(jié)，附帶一份案件匯總表作為附件。目錄如下：
